PAYMENT & SHIPPING:  We strive to ship within 2 days of payment. However, we do not work on the holidays or weekends so on occasion we will ship within 5 days at the most. If you are happy with our products and services, please leave positive feedback! We strive to make every transaction a 5-star rating for both of us! Shipping is done via USPS and UPS, unless requested differently from the buyer. All items have tracking numbers which are emailed to the customer. If you would like to add insurance, please request as it is no longer an option through eBay checkout.  Shipping to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO takes a little longer to arrive. Please do not give negative feedback or claim item has not arrived due to the post office delay. Questions are usually answered within 24 hours, so please contact us with any questions or problems. We strive to resolve all questions/issues. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Shipping Cost tends to be a little higher than US shipping costs for items. Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. I cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees, as it is against the law. International usually takes up to 3 to 6 weeks to arrive so please don't file negative feedback because of the Post Office or Customs delay! 

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase or 7 days after the items posts as delivered (whichever is longer). Please ask all questions prior to purchasing the item. Vintage and used pieces will have some wear to them. I will point out any damage that I see. We strive to describe everything correctly but occasionally we might miss a measure mentor blemish so please look at all the pictures carefully. 

LEGAL TERMS OF SALE: We try our very best to represent our items as accurately as possible. Items are guaranteed as described. Please read the whole description and look at pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description. Interpretation of condition and measurements are the buyer's responsibility. Colors may not always be exact. Cameras will sometimes slightly alter the color of items and it may not match the picture exactly-that is not misrepresentation. Antiques and Collectibles are guaranteed to be authentic. If an item is improperly described it would not be intentional. We are aware that mistakes do happen and want you to be happy as your satisfaction and shopping experience is important to us. We will refund any misrepresented item.
