📌 Quantity Guide

Each quantity equals ONE label containing one name or word (up to 12 characters).

✅ Examples:

  • “Anna”  = 1 label
  • “Anna / Joe” = 2 labels
  • “Anna / Joe / Freya” = 3 labels
  • “Anna Maria” = 2 labels
  • “Anna Smith” = 2 labels

✅ Longer names or phrases:

  • “Happy Birthday”  = 2 labels
  • “Emily Snack Box”  = 3 labels
  • “Olivia’s Arts & Crafts Trolley” = 4 labels

⚠️ Important Information

  • The 250-character personalisation box refers only to how much text you can type, not the number of characters allowed per label. Each label is limited to 12 characters.
  • Repetition or joined-up wording (e.g. “Anna Anna Anna” or “AnnaAnna”) is not allowed unless the correct number of labels is purchased.
    Example: “Anna Anna Anna” = 3 labels, “AnnaAnna” = 2 labels.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect quantity will be cancelled and refunded.
  • This listing is for text only. No icons, symbols, shapes, or graphics are included.

🧾 Order Information

  • If you have underpaid, we will contact you. You will have 24 hours to purchase the correct quantity before the order is cancelled.
  • If no name or wording is provided within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • If you are unsure how many labels you need, please message us before ordering — we are happy to help.

✂️ Decal Size Options

Available heights: 1 inch (2,5cm), 1.5 inches(4cm) & 2 inches(5cm)

  • Length varies depending on character count
  • Most names are approximately 6- 7 inches long
  • Labels will not exceed 7.5 inches in length
  • If you require an exact size before ordering, please contact us

🔤 Font Style Notice

  • This font does not support full capital letters.
  • Please do not enter your wording in ALL CAPS.
  • Only the first letter of each word will be capitalised.
  • Example: if you submit “CHRISTMAS”, you will receive “Christmas”.
  • Please spell your wording exactly as you want it.
  • The dot on the letters i and j is replaced with a heart (♥). This is part of the font design and cannot be changed. By placing your order, you confirm you are happy with this style.

🧼 Application & Care

  • Vinyl decals are supplied with clear transfer tape for easy application
  • Full application instructions are included with every order
  • Vinyl is not suitable for fabric or textured surfaces

Best applied to smooth, flat surfaces such as:

Care instructions: Hand wash only once applied. Not dishwasher safe and not suitable for soaking in cleaning products.

📦 Packaging Notice

In some cases, longer labels may be split for packaging or postage purposes. For example, “Anna Joel” may arrive as two labels: “Anna” and “Joel”.
