It's a RECARO SR-6. I bought it second-hand and used it in the passenger seat of my Roadster for about a year. After removing it, I put it in a bag and stored it in a cool, dark place. There were no problems with the reclining function. Please note that there is some wear on the right side as shown in the last photo.
