I have a Vogue Patterns #7541 that features an easy dress with a raised waist and tucks. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

Dress, below mid-knee or above-ankle, has collar, collar band, close-fitting bodice with front bands/pin tucks, raised waist, A-line skirt with tucks, side slits and short, self-lined sleeves, above-elbow sleeves or long sleeves with placket/button cuffs.

The pattern is a misses' sizes 14, 16 and 18. This is an uncut, factory folded pattern. The package has been taped to a 9" x 12” manila envelope - the front is taped to the front, and the back of the package is taped to the back of the envelope with the pattern inside for easier storage.
