Alot of my items are pre-owned, rescued from rummage and estate sales, storage lockers and pallet sales so I don't know what environment they previously lived in. They may have flaws, but I will point them out to the best of my ability. Please look closely at the photos and read the entire item description. We have a smoke-free and pet-free home.

  Returns: I am just someone trying to sell items to help supplement my income. So returns hurt me a lot as most of my listings are Free Shipping. I try to list and describe items as best as possible. So please make sure this is something you want and know the specific Model Numbers you need.  also again please ask any questions. 

  Returns are for 30 Days and The Buyer (you) will pay for return shipping. If you ask for a return label it will be deducted from your refund. Please bid accordingly. I work very hard to be accurate in my listings and test and inspect every item.

  Also, Items must be returned in original condition shipped to you and serial numbers and pictures must match. If Returning INK must still be sealed and un-opened. Please know what your printer needs are. Thank You

  I gladly combine DOMESTIC shipping for multiple purchases that can be combined in one box and that are PAID FOR AT THE SAME TIME IN ONE TRANSACTION (unless specified otherwise in the listing). DO not pay if you want combined shipping and have purchased different items, I will send an invoice with your total. If you pay before invoice is sent, I can't combine shipping on multiple orders. Please Email me that you have multiple items it will help the process. International Shipping does not qualify for combined shipping. If you are unsure if an item qualifies for combined shipping, please ask. If you plan to combine shipping for multiple orders, please wait for a combined invoice before making payment. 

 Unless the item is listed as new, all items are sold in an as-is, as-pictured? condition. I don't always clean, alter, or repair items. I feel it is important to let the purchaser decide if they want the item they are buying to be restored, cleaned, etc., and some people may have a preferred method of cleaning an item or have allergies to certain chemicals. 

 PAYMENT is due within 3 days. Some states require residents to pay sales tax, which will be added to your invoice by Ebay. Once payment is received, we begin the shipping process.

 All fragile/breakable items are carefully packaged for shipment using bubble wrap, packing peanuts or other packing materials, as necessary. Some packing materials are new, some are clean used materials. Local pick-up is available on some items. There is a $4.00 charge for local pick-up. Once I receive your confirmed payment, your order will be packed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information From Ebay once the shipping label has been generated online. This information is also available through the USPS Track & Confirm website which is the prefer shipping choice. Once the USPS carrier receives it it starts tracking within a few hours. I ship fast I want you to have your item as fast as possible. 

 SHIPPING CHARGES -The amount charged for S&H is based on the current USPS postal rates, shipping material required to safely ship your purchase, and the additional percent that EBAY charges in the way of fees for all payments collected. Frequently this cost does not cover all the fees I incur. In fact, I try to absorb some of the fees, however I am just not able to cover it all. My goal is to keep your shipping charges as low as possible while making every effort to wrap and box all items for safe shipping. When I list an item, I estimate how much the item will weigh after being properly packaged and boxed and I enter that weight into the listing. eBay's listing page then provides you with a calculated shipping from my zip code to your zip code, based on that weight and dimensions. If the shipping seems higher or lower than other comparable items listed, please consider where you are located from me. It is a "calculated" cost based on the USPS postal zones. The more zones/further away you are from Florida the greater the cost. This means to ship to California, Oregon, Washington, and other west coast states is considerably more than to ship to states that are close to Florida. Please remember that S&H charges not only cover shipping costs but packing materials as well. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback regarding S&H charges.

 FEEDBACK - Once you receive your order, if you have any issues with any of the items you receive, PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, as most issues can be worked out reasonably. Please KNOW THAT FEEDBACK CANNOT BE CHANGED by the buyer or by the seller once it has been posted. Please DO NOT BASE YOUR FEEDBACK ON ISSUES THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL, such as slow shipping time or damage due to mishandling of packages by the postal service. Also, please keep in mind that S&H charges not only include shipping fees, but packing materials needed to safely prepare your item for shipment. I work hard to keep your item safe as well as I would want mine to show up at my home. We will leave feedback Immediately when you do, for some reason it seems buyers are not leaving feedback.
