This unit is sold AS IS.  I do not have Film to test it with.  I would assume it needs new light seals.

I can confirm that the Lens moves freely, all dials spin, and the shutter opens.  It also winds just fine from what I can tell.  The only issue I know of for sure is the self timer is a little finicky.  It works most of the time but sometimes sticks and has to be tried again.
