Butterflies can be removed and replaced. 

Shoes will be shipped in a box, to ensure their safe transit.  If they don't fit, return them with in 30 days for a refund.

I do offer combined shipping. Feel free to browse my store for more shoe charms, and if you add everything to your cart before paying, eBay will automatically combine shipping. If this is not possible for any reason, I can always combine shipping manually, just shoot me a message.
