Repeat this operation for 3 times - Factory Reset. 2) Click the Chinese Word “设置” and input password “668”. 3) Click APP & Application - Click see all 21 APPs - Click GEAR. 4) Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner - Click “Uninstall updates”- Click “OK” to restore the APP to the factory version. 5) Restart the scan tool and enter “Settings” again. 6) Connect to WiFi - Wait for display of “Updated Model Data” on the screen - Enter into “Upgrade Center”. 7) Upgrade APPs and vehicle software - download & install the App.
