This is a very rare booklet with the laws and rules of mahjong.

It is a small booklet with about 50 pages. The binding is stapled. The cover is heavy weight paper.

Please note that this is old, so the pages have yellowed with age. In addition on the front of the cover there is water damage where it looks like somebody put a small glass or spilled some drops of water on it. Please see pictures. The title page has a few yellow spots on it.

All the pages are intact. It is in good condition, especially considering its age.
