Con questa semplice ed economica interfaccia potrai trasferire il contenuto dei FloppyDisk dell'Amiga su un file del PC.
E' possibile anche fare l'inverso, creare FloppyDisk per Amiga da file su PC.
IMPORTANTE: l'interfaccai si collega a normali ed economici Floppy Drive per PC, non è necessario possedere un costoso lettore floppy per Amiga !!!
A differenza di altre interfaccie come il DRAWERBRIDGE, questo dispositivo legge direttamente il flusso magnetico del floppy e lo riversa sul PC indipendentemente dal formato/formattazione del floppy, qualunque cosa ci sia scritta fa una copia esatta su file !!!
Infatti grazie a questa unica caretteristica è in grado di gestire una quantità di formati enorme (oltre 100 formati), vedi l'immagine allegata.
Il software scaricabile gratuitamente dal sito ufficiale e in continua aggiornamento permette una grande quantità di operazioni, alcune delle quali le puoi vedere nelle immagini allegate. Il sito ufficiale (chiedetemi il link se non lo trovate) è pieno di istruzioni e guide.
Questa interfaccia è un dispositivo essenziale che non può mancare ad un appassionato del mondo Amiga (e non solo), ti permette di allungare la vita dei supporti fisici all'infinito creando copie digitali affidabili.
ATTENZIONE: il floppy drive mostrato nell'immagine NON è incluso nell'offerta ed è solo a scopo dimostrativo.
Verrà fornito:
- Interfaccia GreaseWeazle con cavetto di alimentazione del Floppy drive
NON è incluso l'alimenatore 5VDC necessario per alimentare il Drive (la corrente fornita dalla presa USB non è sufficiente). Se non riuscite a trovare un alimenatore adatto chiedete posso fornirvelo con un piccolo sovrapprezzo.
NON è incluso il cavetto piatto per il collegamento dati con il drive.
Una curiosità: la scheda ha un aspetto molto simpatico, infatti ha le sembianze di un FloppyDrive ed esattamente le stesse dimensioni.

Amiga Greaseweazle - PC-Floppy Drive Amiga Interface
The DELUXE configuration differs from the STANDARD one in that it has a cover that encloses and protects the electronics of the interface and which represents a Floppy Disk in appearance and size. It is also equipped with nylon spacers that prevent short circuit contacts with other metal parts (for example the floppy disk reader).

With this simple and cheap interface you can transfer the contents of the Amiga FloppyDisks to a file on the PC.
It is also possible to do the reverse, create FloppyDisks for Amiga from files on the PC.
IMPORTANT: the interface connects to normal and cheap Floppy Drives for PC, it is not necessary to have an expensive floppy drive for Amiga !!!
Unlike other interfaces such as the DRAWERBRIDGE, this device directly reads the magnetic flow of the floppy and transfers it to the PC regardless of the format/formatting of the floppy, whatever is written on it makes an exact copy to a file !!!
In fact, thanks to this unique feature it is able to manage a huge amount of formats (over 100 formats), see the attached image.
