Details

Cross Bottom: The bottom support is in a cross structure, serving as a reinforcement function. It provides a solid and long-lasting support for the upper U-shaped part and the column.

Pre-drilled Holes: There are many pre-drilled holes on the surface of our product, which help you fix the wooden post firmly and stably.

Application

It fits 7.5" x 7.5" wood posts. It can be used as a connection between wooden post foundations of terrace post base, wood gazebo, pergola, fences, deck railings, etc., and wet-laid concrete foundations.

How to Install

• Assemble the base in advance and tighten the screws.
• Lay a concrete foundation in the pre-installation location. Then insert the bracket vertically into the pre-installation position while the concrete is still wet.

• Ensure that the support frame is completely submerged in the concrete surface and kept parallel (using a level will be more conducive to keeping the ground parallel).
• Insert the wooden posts vertically into the U-shaped support frame (since the wood dries at different rates, the edges may need to be sanded).
• Drill through-position holes in the middle of the wooden posts using an electric drill (not included).
• Insert the long screws into the pre-formed through-holes, lock the nuts, and the installation is completed.
