No makers name.  This is for a decorative use only. I would not consider it to be food safe due to the age and condition. It is  stained  crazed. There is crazing all over the finish. I personally love that look, and love to decorate with pieces like this. There are no cracks or chips to the structure. Staining is on the bottom of the bowl slightly stained on the inside. Item  is in good condition otherwise priced to sell per condition
