Delivery details

All the orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of payment verification.
We only ship items to your eBay verified address. If you need to change your address or other order details, please leave us a note when you order. We cannot change the order details Once the order has been dispatched.
All items are shipped from UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Usually It takes about 2-3 working days to arrive. If you have not received your package 10 days later, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated timeframe, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, natural disasters etc)

Return Policy

Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case, wrong colors. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. If you are not sure what is your phone model. please contact us for confirmation.
Returns for full refund or replacement are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the item (Excluding contrived damagement or misusage). & Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception! Please contact us to get the correct return address and RMA number before any returns!
All products will be checked carefully before shipping. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, Please contact us for a solution immediately before return it back!
We are not responsible if the buyer orderd the wrong model or offered a wrong shipping address. & We will charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items and reserve the right to charge the postage of the replacement.
