The automatic, spring-loaded mechanism eliminates the hassle of having to pull your boarding ladder up after every use. All our boarding ladders are uniquely designed to meet the application criteria of any boat or watercraft. When a special requirement is needed our engineers can design a ladder that will meet that application. Pull it down - climb aboard and the ladder will automatically retract. It's that simple!

Warranty

Aqua Performance Inc., manufactures a high quality product. We take pride in assuring that our customers are satisfied. If the product proves defective due to material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. We will warrant this at any time within 12 months from the date it is purchased by a retail customer. This warranty does not cover rubber or plastic parts, all of which wear and call for replacement under normal use.

This warranty also does not cover repair or replacement required do to accidental damage, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product.

Upon our authorization you must return the product along with the proof of purchase.

Cleaning

Maintenance: To ensure the best operation of your aqua step, Aqua Performance recommends that you hose off your step after every use, as you would the rest of your watercraft.

To remove sand build up: You will need to remove the side caps and use a hose to spray water inside the spring mechanism while moving the step up and down.
When finished rinsing, we recommend and use Prolong Oil as a lubricant onto the spring. Replace caps and bolts to ensure a proper fit.
