New model, box has been opened to check contents, Box has substantial shelfwear, there is a tear/rip on the side of the box(see photos)

The model is new never been out of the box, not 100% sure if the landing gear comes down, according to Google it does ive attached their answer.

The controls for landing gear ect have never been out of the box they are factory fresh these are the battries it came with 20 years ago so these probably will not work and need replacing
