2. During the warranty period, free repairs are provided for quality-related issues. For faults or damage not arising from quality defects, customers shall bear the repair costs. Examples include: replacement of seals, carbon brushes, and other wear parts; natural wear of gears, bearings, etc.; damage caused by overloading, improper use, or any unauthorised modification or disassembly of the product.

Rust may occur when tools come into direct contact with the human body (e.g., operating tools or accessories without gloves) or when stored in environments with excessively high humidity.
