Warm Tips Before Installation
Op amp replacement requires basic electronics knowledge and hands-on experience. Incorrect installation may cause permanent damage.
Check the orientation carefully before installation. Reversed installation can instantly destroy the op amp.
This op amp is a precision IC component and is sensitive to static electricity, incorrect pin alignment, and excessive heat.
Remove the op amp from its packaging only immediately before installation.
Use a properly grounded soldering iron or ESD-safe setup.
When handling or soldering, wear cotton clothing or anti-static garments to reduce static electricity.
If available, use an anti-static wrist strap or gloves. If not, basic grounding methods may be used to reduce static discharge risk.
Do not use a hot air gun for SMD soldering. Use a soldering iron with a temperature below 300 °C.
