Julius Saul was a prominent clothier the New York area.    An 1897 advertisement described Saul's Clothier and Outfitter as an outfitter (for man, woman, and child, Head to Foot" in Albany, New York, located at 51 and 53, North pearl Street.  Julius Saul, born in Prussia around 1835, was an established clothier in the region who opened stores in Hudson, Catskill, and later in Troy, New York (326 River Street) in the late 19th century.
