Black & Decker D2500 3/8” Variable Speed Reversible Drill. 

A very powerful drill that works great except for the fact that it’s stuck in reverse. 

Took it apart to learn that the reversing switch is electronic - not mechanical. 

It could be fixed or used for parts.  NYC local
