16 inch Universal Tilt Floor Shift Chrome Steering Column. These style of columns offer a direct fit replacement for your non tilt or old and non-working steering column. Utilizing a 2-inch outer diameter steering column mass jacket that is not collapsible. A total length of 30 inches with 7 inches from the bottom of the shift bowl to the upper cover making these the perfect for the driver side compartment. These tilting columns have five positions allowing the diver to find the perfect position for the steering wheel. The center wheel shaft spline, turn signal are modeled after 1994 and earlier GM tilt steering columns, wheel selection are plentiful with our included 9 hole adapter. The bottom center shaft is a 1” Double D utilizing the factory gear box there will need modifications to use a universal u-joint or rag joint in between the box and the brand-new tilt column. The turn signal harness is 3-7/8 length the are many companies that offer year specific jumper harnesses with hazard fuses. The column is a floor shift model comes with no transmission shift arms and can be adapted to any vehicles with a manual or automatic transmission with a center console shifter.
