We have been a successful Seller on eBay since January 1999. There is never a time that we will not make sure that our customer is 100% satisfied. If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact us right away. We are happy to try and resolve any problem with the buyer ourselves. If you find that there has been any misrepresentation made on our part we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the item and we will be happy to receive the item back and refund the full purchase price. Generally, shipping charges will not be refunded.

SHIPPING

We ship only online USPS Priority or Express. We can also send FED/EX. For safety, we require delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation. Please do not ask for cheapest possible shipping etc, as we cannot provide this. Normally, we ship items within 2 days of payment. Items paid for later in the work week may not ship until the following Monday. International shipping is additional to shipping charges noted within the U.S.. Please email us for a quote. Customs charges and any import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Twery's assumes no responsibility for this.
