Although we could not find this shape attributed to any maker, we did find it to be cut in Morgantown's Pandora pattern.  Bright , bright blue.  Some small nicks on the ground bottom rim as shown.  No other damage.  A few light signs of use.  Measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter.  Nice find!
