Installation Notes

Ensure all old bearing races and oil seals are completely removed before installation.
Clean the differential housing thoroughly to avoid debris contamination.
Use correct press tool to install bearings; do not hammer the bearing race.
Install oil seals flush and evenly; avoid tilt or over‑drive seal lips.
Lubricate seal lips with gear‑oil‑safe grease before assembly to avoid dry‑start damage.
Set preload and backlash according to factory specifications post‑assembly.
Use GL‑5 mechanical differential gear oil; no friction‑modifier additives required.
Ensure differential breather port is not blocked to prevent pressure‑related leaks.
Torque all fasteners to OEM specifications using calibrated torque wrench.
After installation, perform a short test drive and inspect for abnormal noise or oil leakage.
