Excavator hydraulic breakers are highly efficient crushing and disassembly tools powered by the excavator's hydraulic system. Their core function is to convert hydraulic energy into high-frequency, high-intensity impact energy, crushing, disassembling, stripping, or chiseling various hard or bulky materials.
Core Features
Compared to breakers used on medium and large excavators, small breakers feature compact size and light weight, lower hydraulic requirements, greater flexibility and precise control, and lower noise and vibration.
Applications
Indoor demolition: Demolition of walls, floors, and foundation capitals.
Municipal engineering: Crushing concrete pavements, sidewalks, and curbs.
Landscaping: Crushing rock for landscaping.
Pipeline trenching: Secondary crushing of rock or hard strata within excavated trenches.
Building maintenance and renovation: Opening openings, removing staircases, etc.
Emergency rescue: Demolition operations in confined spaces.
Note (Important!)
Dry driving is strictly prohibited: Leaving the drill rod suspended in mid-air without contact with the material being broken can severely damage the breaker and excavator structure. Vertical crushing: Keep the drill rod perpendicular to the crushing surface as much as possible to avoid lateral forces, which can easily break the drill rod or damage the piston.
Avoid striking the same spot for too long: If there is no progress after a dozen strikes, change to another spot to prevent the drill rod from "binding" and reducing efficiency.
Proper hydraulic oil cleanliness: Contamination in the hydraulic system is a major cause of breaker failure. Ensure hydraulic oil cleanliness and replace the filter regularly.
Regular nitrogen refilling: The nitrogen pressure in the accumulator should be checked regularly (usually every 500 hours or monthly). Insufficient pressure can seriously affect the striking force and service life.
