1. SHIPPING POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout via eBay. We will not ship to alternate or secondary addresses, even if requested, as this is against eBay's shipping policies.  Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and up to date at the time of purchase.


We will combine shipping for orders placed at the same time only (Single Transaction). 
International orders cannot be combined for shipping. 

All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Express Shipping options and their delivery estimates are available during checkout. 

Shipping Speeds are estimates and based on the shipping service chosen at checkout and the buyers location. 

All orders include a handling time of 2-3 business days. 
Same-Day or Next-Day Shipping is NOT Available. 

Local item Pick-up is NOT Available.

 All items are carefully packed and protected to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please note that all shipments are insured. A refund will only be issued after a successful claim is filed and completed through both eBay and the appropriate shipping carrier. To begin the claim process, the damaged item must be returned to us. All returns must be shipped using an official eBay provided return shipping label. We cannot process or initiate a claim without receiving the returned item. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or partial refunds for any reason outside of an approved damage claim.



2. AUTOGRAPHS & ITEM REPRESENTATION

All autographs offered in our eBay store are live ink signatures. We do not sell reprints, facsimiles, auto-penned, stamped, or digitally reproduced autographs. Each signature is physically present on the item and was made by hand. 

We are independent re-sellers of second-hand merchandise, including items that may feature celebrity signatures. We do not claim to know the origin, history, or provenance of any autographed item we offer for sale. We do not represent any third-party authentication company and do not have any expertise in the field of signatures, handwriting, or autographs.  

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests based on the opinions of third-party authentication services or individual evaluations after purchase. Please be aware of our policies BEFORE placing an order or making an offer.
