    12 Volt Power Adapter for 1999-2020 Jeep Wrangler TJ JK JKU JL JLU & Gladiator JT 2020

     

    Installation Instruction:


    * Using a Trim stick or flat edge screw driver, remove the dash panel below the steering column.

     

    * Unsnap the upper heater control panel and unplug the wiring.Remove the panel.

     

    * Using a phillips screw driver, remove the screw holiding the window control panel.

     

    * Fold the panel forward. Unplug the gray connnector on the power port located on the drivers side of the window control panel.

     

    * Take the gray connnector and plug it into the large white connector of the power tap.

     

    * Plug the small gray connector on the accessory power tap back into the power port on the window control panel.

     

    * Pull back the carpet on the passenger side of the console.Remove the plastic cap covering the console bolt and remove the bole. This will allow access for the terminal block to the fed through.

     

    * Route the white termial block and fuse holder on the power tap down through the small hole in the lower center section of the dash toward the passenger side coner of the dash as highlighted. (Take your time and have patience, it is a tight fit)

     

    * The white terminal block will end up under the carpet at the bottom of the console.This will be an easily accessible location for any future connnections you need to make.

     

    * Reassemble the dash.
