Appears to be New Open Box, if it's not new it's close to it..... Cord still wound tight underneath, paper work included along with some copy paper. I pulled it out to test it, appears to function as should. Warms up, lid locks, timed light function works as well with lights turning off automatically after a 30 second exposure. Both bulbs light up good, appear to be evenly lit. Selling for the original owners son.
