Features blue composite construction with engraved silhouettes of top hats crossed by canes (Paulson Top Hat and Cane design) around border with vinyl label in center with image of a rainbow and logo on both sides.

Chip was part of a souvenir display case purchased in Atlantic City sometime in late 1970s to early 1980s.

Chip has no cash value.

Measures approximately 1 1/2 inches diameter x 1/8 inch thick.
