works, but needs cooling solution

all 3 display ports tested working. I dont use hdmi - so did not check.

i recieved this GPU with no heatsink and no screws. I attached a GIGABYTE 2080ti heatsink as it fits perfectly, and used my own screws to close up the GPU

the fan doesnt spin, but the fan isnt the issue. I believe the GPU PCB for the fan is faulty - but i am not sure

i ran benchmark and i stopped it before it hit 80C. it ran great

it needs cooling to work properly
