ALL RADIOS ARE TESTED AND TUNED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE AUCTION LISTING, ALL EQUIPMENT IS TESTED/AUTOTUNED(IF APPLICABLE)/ALIGNED ON ONE OF OUR 4 SERVICE MONITORS: Motorola R2670B, Viavi Aeroflex 3920B, Viavi Aeroflex 2975, Viavi Aeroflex 3920B #2.  Our service equipment is calibrated every 12-24 months.  All equipment is tested only by a certified communications technician using current calibrated equipment.

Any items listed will include a list of installed options (if applicable). We do NOT list the options that the unit is CAPABLE of, only the options that are currently installed. The options the unit is capable of information is readily available on the internet with a quick search, we want our customers to know what they are buying and what options are currently installed.

Antennas, Chargers and Speaker mics listed in auctions may be substituted at our discretion due to availability, we will provide what is in stock at the time.  If there needs to be a substitution, we will notify the buyer after purchase.

Shipping and handling: We have a 4-6 day shipping/handling time.  Generally with most orders, the item will ship out the next business day unless progamming, tuning, aligning, autotest, etc is required.  If there is a natural disaster going on and your items is going to be used in the area, we will prioritize your order.

All radio items are photographed, marked and tagged to avoid parts removal and fraud with sold items.  We store all serial numbers, photographs and videos of each and every piece of equipment to supply to Ebay and the authorities in the event a buyer tries to commit fraud or theft of an item or parts/internals.  We reserve the right to reject any return that has been wrongly programmed, modified, used with Depot, flash/firmware upgraded, parts removed or modified, etc.  We mark all boards and screws to show any signs of tampering.  These returns will be rejected and will be reported to ebay and if applicable, the receivers local police, sheriffs department and/or federal law enforcement agency.
