Due to eBay Risk Department guidance, stricter shipping rules are now in effect. Orders linked to third-party shippers, freight forwarders, or unverified PO Box addresses will be canceled. Shipping is only available to confirmed addresses, including valid PO Boxes tied to a named recipient. These changes address increased fraud.

Promotions have also changed: bonus cars for every 10 purchases are now limited to repeat customers with a proven purchase history. Must be Following Me (Save Seller) and all feedback for prior purchase(s).
