The following situations are not considered product quality issues and are not covered by the warranty:

1. There may be a certain range of size discrepancies in the actual ABS basin material due to variations in contraction rates during different seasons (winter and summer).

2. The drain hole diameter of the basin is 9cm=3.54in, which is a commonly used specification in countries such as Australia and New Zealand. In general, it should be compatible.

3. The surface of the basin is treated with a glossy finish and does not have a grid or granular texture. (A grid or granular surface has a smaller contact area, which can increase the risk of slipping and is also more difficult to clean.) We recommend customers to use non-slip mats during use.
