I don't know if it's exactly made of paper mache. There is a hole in the back of it, and you can see how it is made by looking at the pictures. It was made in Mexico. It is in good condition other than that hole, but it is on the bottom, or you can use it to hang or attach it to something. Please look at the pictures closely and judge the condition for yourself.
