Why are my photos out of focus and very blurry?
Before taking a picture, turn the focus ring on the lens body to focus. If the image is still blurry,we recommend using a tripod, shutter release cable, and time-lapse function to stabilize the image.
Why I can not press the shutter after attaching the lens?
1. First, go to settings on your camera and set “Release shutter w/o lens” to “Enable”.
2. Adjust to M mode.
3. Rotate the lens focus ring to focus, and adjust the ISO and shutter speed. (Lens aperture varies with focal length)
What is the filter size for this 420-800mm telephoto lens?
The filter size is 62mm.
Why is the aperture value not displayed?
Note: No auto focus function. This is a fully manual lens with no electronic communication with the camera body, and the aperture varies with the focal length of the lens. Therefore, the
camera typically cannot display the F-number.
If the picture is too dark, it can be remedied by:
Reduce the shutter speed from 1/500 sec. to 1/100 sec. or slower, such as 1/50 sec.
Increase the ISO number from ISO 100 to ISO 200/400/800, etc.
Switching positions to allow more ambient light to enter the camera's imaging sensor through the lens.
