Disney Pixar Cars Tow mater talking push pull toy. 2014 Jakks. Tested and working!!! This is a fun toy! I’m 48 and when I tested this, I had a blast playing with it for a few minutes. Missing the chain, and I believe it originally had plastic cables in the towing area. Those are broken off and missing on this one like many others I’ve looked at.
