Makok Dwarf Sapodilla (Manilkara zapota) is a compact sapodilla cultivar valued for its short stature, early bearing habit, and reliable fruit quality. The tree exhibits true dwarf growth, making it highly suitable for high density planting, home gardens, and intensive commercial orchards. Despite its small canopy, Makok Dwarf produces a good number of uniformly sized fruits with stable productivity. Fruits are medium sized with an oval to slightly round shape and smooth brown skin at maturity. The flesh is soft, creamy, and moderately juicy, offering a pleasant sweetness typical of premium sapodilla types. Flavor is sweet with light caramel and brown-sugar notes, without excessive astringency when fully ripe.
