HW Poppa Wheelie is a heavily-modified three-wheeled van resembling a Reliant Regal Supervan with an oversized engine and weighted wheelie bar on the back. Due to how the casting is structured, the body is angled upwards, giving the impression that this vehicle is doing a permanent wheelie, hence the name. The interior piece connects to the base of the van (along with a sculpted front wheel), engine, and gas tank altogether whereas the actual base is connected to the rear axles and the wheelie bar.
