This is the Spanish-language DICK TRACY # 2, undated, from 1951, published by Editora de Periodicos S.C.L. “La Prensa” in Mexico City DF.
It’s a standard 32-page comic book that uses the cover (and presumably most interiors) of Harvey’s English-language DICK TRACY # 41, cover dated July 1951.
Cover and interior art are all credited to Chester Gould, though Joe Simon later claimed to have ghosted the cover art.
No ads in the book except for those for the publisher.
This issue seems to reprint the entirety of the Harvey issue, featuring 3 different Tracy stories: a 13-pager featuring Breathless Mahoney and B.O. Plenty, plus a 2-pager and a 6-pager. There’s some Spanish-language text material also.
This series as a whole seems to be rare: only a few covers (32 out of 200 published) from the series are reproduced in the Grand Comics Database.
Condition on this issue is outstanding. I would grade it Very Fine to Near Mint.
