The Dutch indie rock trio Standup '69 blends poppy sounds with noise. Their debut album Communicate originated in the last couple of years, after releasing two EP's. In 2017 they perfected their sound by creating rock with a twist of psychedelica and electronica. The first single of the album 'Communicate with me' is a step in a new direction. The guitar parts and synths have risen to an important level of their sound. Their debut album consists of 10 tracks developed around the big sound of the band. Standup '69 was founded in 2010 when vocalist Emmy Kadee and guitarist Willem-Pieter Zoutendijk started to work on the sound of the band. In 2012 drummer Bruno Vogel joined the band and the trio became known as a fantastic live band with thrilling live performances. In 2015 they won multiple prizes at the Rotterdam Music Awards.The album is available as a Limited Edition of 500 individually numbered copies and is pressed on clear, black & transparent blue vinyl. 180 gram audiophile vinyl Includes Insert Limited Edition of 500 numbered copies on coloured vinyl
