Service investigation — in the most general sense, it is an activity within the framework of disciplinary proceedings of relevant officials regarding the timely, comprehensive, complete and objective collection and study of materials on the fact of disciplinary misconduct, employees (workers), or failure to perform their functional duties. The subject of this publication is the procedure for conducting service investigations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. This collection is intended for a wide range of readers, in particular, military personnel, military lawyers, legal education students and their teachers, and other interested persons.
