More often than not it’s quicker to look up the particular brands size chart/Guide.

All second hand clothes are generally graded as good unless the item looks like it’s only had 1 wear and any specific faults will be listed above this. I’m not a fan of grading clothing as I find the terms “good” and “excellent” vary between one person and the next.
