A rare and highly sought‑after private‑press soul‑funk album, revived as part of Jazzman’s prestigious Holy Grail Series. Soulful Proclamation blends deep‑soul harmonies, raw funk grooves and inventive covers, capturing the sound of a tight, community‑rooted ensemble at their creative peak.
