For all return enquiries, please contact us via eBay messaging. We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you no longer want the purchased items or need to exchange sizes, they must be in their original condition, packaging, and unused. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used products.

If the item is faulty, we will give you the option to choose a full refund or a replacement item to be sent. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error. We will only process the refund or send out the replacement once the incorrect item is returned to us.
