How to Use

Step 1
Switch the pawl spring to the upper unlock position in order to release the pawl.

Step 2
Flip the handle to the opposite side, hold the trigger simultaneously, and the wire rope can be pulled out.

Step 3
Reset the handle, switch the pawl spring back to the original position to lock the pawl.

Step 4
The wire rope will be retracted when you push and pull the handle back and forth.
