Details

Practical Lids: Each pan has a lid to keep food clean from foreign objects. The cut holes are used for convenient placing of ladles(not included) and the handle allows you to easily open the lid to reach your food.

Heat Dissipation Holes: They promote ventilation and help remove fumes out to improve the safety of use.

Application

The product can be used in homes, restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and cafeterias.

How to Operate:

1. Connect the gas pipe, low-pressure valve, and gas tank.

2. Check that the switch is off to make sure it is safe before you start using it.

3. Put in appropriate oil or water (not less than one-fourth of the depth of the oil pan), cover the lid (try to avoid contact with water droplets when putting in the oil to prevent oil splashing and injuries)

4. Turn on the fire and put in the food to be cooked when the temperature is suitable. After the food is cooked, take it out with a special tool (avoid touching the body to prevent burns.)

5. After operation, check whether the switches are off and close the valve on the tank to ensure safety.

6. Pour out the oil or water when the temperature drops.

Natural Gas and LPG Tank Connection Method:

Natural Gas: The product's air inlet needs to be reopened, and both fittings and connectors need to be purchased. This is generally suitable for home.

LPG Tank: A low-pressure valve is fitted at the outlet, connecting the product after connecting the tubing to the low-pressure valve.

• Please note that the product must be used with a low-pressure valve rather than a high-pressure valve.

• Please do not use strong corrosive cleaning agents.
• Please note that after each operation, you need to wait for the temperature to decrease before cleaning. The oil basin can be cleaned by wiping the water (water stains on the body need to be wiped dry), and the body of the machine needs to be wiped with some oil to maintain the machine after a simple cleaning to prolong the service life.
