Product Overview
Blend door actuator is a key driving device used for automatically controlling the opening/closing angle or position of dampers, baffles and valves in ventilation, air conditioning and flue gas systems.
Core Function
Precise control: Accurately converting the control signal into the rotation or linear displacement of the damper blades.
Proportional regulation: The opening degree of the air valve is adjusted continuously based on the analog signal, enabling continuous and precise control of the air volume.
Two controls: Drive the air valve to the fully open or fully closed position based on the switch signal, used for starting, stopping or isolation.
Position feedback: Provides an electrical signal feedback corresponding to the actual opening degree of the damper, for the control system to monitor and verify.
Interlock and Safety: It can be interlocked with the fire protection system. In emergency situations, it will forcibly drive the air door to the preset safe position.
