Most of the items we sell are pre-loved, pre-owned items that have been checked, washed if needed, and inspected by ourselves. Any defects or faults are listed in the description. We check all items using our experience to ensure only authentic goods are sold. In the event our team makes a mistake, we will cover the cost of return and issue a full refund should the item not be authentic.

Postage

UK Postage:

We offer free postage within the UK via a Free 48 Hour courier service with Yodel 48.

• For a quicker delivery, we offer an Evri Next Day delivery option for just £1 extra.
• For a guaranteed next day delivery, we offer Royal Mail 1pm Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for £10 extra.
• For buyers wishing to collect from an InPost locker, we can offer this service for just 50p extra.

International Postage:

For items ordered outside of the UK, we are part of the Global Shipping Programme. Pricing for this service will vary; please see the pricing quotes provided in the listing by eBay.

Shipping & Returns

Returns: We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. Return postage is free if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, not as described, faulty). In the event the buyer wishes to return the item for a reason where we are not at fault (e.g., changed mind, doesn't fit), the buyer is responsible for the return cost.
