Pallet Deliveries
In the UK your Pallet Delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 8.30AM - 5.30PM.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25.
Redelivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made.
The courier will redeliver your item the next working day between 8.30AM – 5.30PM. Please check the condition before signing, signing for any item you are accepting the item is in good condition.
Before Signing
This is important because the couriers waiver liability once the item has been signed for.
If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging please sign for the item as DAMAGED put this by your signature. Please follow these instructions.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All parts include a 12-month warranty, excluding engines, gearboxes, Part Worn tyres and electric batteries.
In the event of a part failure, we’ll supply a replacement. If unavailable within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued.
If you ordered the wrong part (e.g., incorrect part number), return it within 30 days with a completed Returns Form (see ‘Returns’). We'll send a replacement if in stock, or refund you if not. Return postage is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Replacements or refunds are only issued if the item is returned in its original condition with security marks intact.
Note: We do not cover labour or fitting/removal costs.
Panel Lifetime Warranty: Panels come with a lifetime warranty against rust. This warranty covers the panels as bare units. Trims and additional components, if included, are provided as-is and are not covered under the warranty. Glass and scratches remain excluded from this coverage, and bumpers do not include radar sensors.
Colour Variations: Please contact us or provide your VIN to confirm colour codes, though note that even with matching codes, slight variations may occur due to wear and tear.
Inspection & Reporting: Inspect items upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours with evidence (including package and label photos). Delayed reports may limit claim eligibility. Always provide your vehicle registration (Reg) when requesting replacements.
Tampering & Modifications: Warranty is void if items show signs of tampering or modifications. Do not attempt repairs without our approval.
Safety Notice:We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts be fitted only by certified automotive technicians. We accept no liability for malfunction, damage, or injury caused by incorrect installation of these components.

Returns Terms & Conditions
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order from Charles Trent Limited, but understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will process your refund upon inspection. Please return items in their original (or similarly protective) packaging along with a completed Returns Form.
Damaged in Transit
For items damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours via our eBay store and provide clear images of the packaging and the part. This allows us to process claims efficiently. Click

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to no fault of the courier or seller, the return charges billed to Charles Trent Limited will be passed on to the buyer.
We are not penalising anyone for making a mistake or changing their mind — we are simply passing on charges that we ourselves incur.
International Returns
If returning items from outside the EU, ensure the customs declaration clearly states “returned goods”. If UK customs apply any import duties or charges, we will refuse payment and the item will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty to receive a returned item.
If completing an international return, email our aftersales team to arrange the return. Provide detailed information about the fault so we can assist you efficiently.
Missing Items
If your order is missing an item, please check your dispatch note to see if it’s being sent separately. If the item is listed but not included, please email us with your order number and details of the missing item so we can investigate.
