Pursuant to and for the purposes of the consumer code, as modified by Legislative Decree. n.21/2014, the customer is given to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased asset.
The direct costs of the return of the products are borne by the customer. The cost is estimated to be equal to a maximum of about 30.00 (thirty/00) euros. The product rendered must be received in perfumex srl within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicated the withdrawal.
The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the good. For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products already used.

All risks relating to the transport of the product rendered are borne by the customer.
The goods must be returned Integra , in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014, perfumeix srl may suspend the refund until the reception of the goods or until the customer is demonstrated by having sent back the assets to Profumix Srl
Perfumeix srl will carry out the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the customer during the purchase.
Legal guarantee of conformity
In the event of receipt of non -compliant products or defective, the Customer has the right to restore without having to catch the costs for the return, the compliance of the product by repairing or replacing the product.
