The face and legs are made of celluloid, and when you move them, the legs rotate and move. This is an old toy that has never been used, but there is slight damage (it is old, so there is some dirt, rust, peeling paint, and scratches), so please understand. The free cushion and free wheeler make a sound when they move, but the celluloid in the legs has a strong bending resistance, so the legs will not move unless you push them with your hand (probably from the beginning). This is a rare 1950s celluloid and tin Disney Mickey Mouse tricycle made by LINE MAR TOYS, unused, in super high quality (this is a Japanese-made toy for export that actually acquired the Disney copyright at the time), so please take it!
